What we collect

When you submit a consultation request, we receive what you type into the form: name, email address, student grade level, and message, plus any optional details you choose to share (phone number, GPA, and test scores). We do not use the site to collect other personal details, and it sets no tracking cookies or advertising or analytics scripts.

How it’s used

Only to respond to your request and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We don’t send newsletters, we don’t sell or share your information with third parties for marketing, and we won’t contact you about anything beyond your inquiry.

Who processes it

Form submissions are handled by Web3Forms on our behalf and delivered to our business email inbox. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may log standard technical request data (such as IP addresses) to serve and secure the site. The site also loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives standard request data when those files load.

Students and minors

Our services concern college admissions, so messages often include information about high-school students. We ask that forms be submitted by a parent or guardian, or by students who are at least 13. We use student information only to provide admissions guidance and never publish it; testimonials appear on this site only with explicit permission.

Retention and your choices

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to work with your family and, afterward, only as long as reasonable record-keeping requires. You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email info@ivyleaguepath.com and we’ll take care of it.

Changes

If we change how the site handles data (for example, adding a booking calendar or analytics), we’ll update this page first.
