Plain-English answers about the information you share with us.

What we collect
When you submit a consultation request, we receive what you type into the form: name, email address, student grade level, and message, plus any optional details you choose to share (phone number, GPA, and test scores).
When you request the full Admissions Readiness Assessment result, we receive the respondent’s first name and email address plus the assessment context and answers: student or parent perspective, grade level and timeline, GPA band, course-rigor description, testing range or plan, activity-depth description, narrative readiness, school-list strategy, target-school tier, any optional target-school examples, the five pillar scores, overall readiness score, and identified opportunity. The assessment does not ask for a student’s full name, date of birth, address, school records, or application credentials.
The site sets no tracking cookies and currently uses no advertising or analytics scripts.
How it’s used
We use consultation information to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We use assessment information to display the full result, understand the profile and timeline you shared, and follow up about the specific opportunity identified and an optional consultation.
If you separately choose the optional email-planning checkbox on the assessment, we also use the first name, email address, grade timeline, profile bands, pillar scores, overall score, target-school tier, and identified opportunity to send a result summary and a short admissions planning series. That choice is optional and can be withdrawn through the unsubscribe link in any message. We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their independent marketing.
Who processes it
Form submissions are handled by Web3Forms on our behalf and delivered to our business email inbox. When the optional assessment email series is enabled and selected, a Cloudflare Pages Function securely sends only the fields listed above to Kit, our email service provider. The Kit API credential is kept on the server and is never included in the browser.
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may log standard technical request data (such as IP addresses) to serve and secure the site. The site also loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives standard request data when those files load.
Students and minors
Our services concern college admissions, so messages and assessment answers often include information about high-school students. The assessment is intended for high-school-age students and their parents or guardians. Anyone under 13 should not submit personal information and should ask a parent or guardian to contact us instead. Please do not enter sensitive personal information into the assessment’s optional field. We use student information only to provide admissions guidance and do not publish form or assessment responses.
Retention and your choices
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to work with your family and, afterward, only as long as reasonable record-keeping requires. Email-series subscribers can opt out at any time through the unsubscribe link in each message. You can also ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@ivyleaguepath.com.
Changes
If we change how the site handles data (for example, adding a booking calendar or analytics), we’ll update this page first.
